Marjory Cottage

Marjory Cottage Bunkhouse is located to the south of Yealmpton, in South Devon, in the rural Kitley Estate, about three miles from the A38, and seven miles from Plymouth. The bunkhouse is built into the side of a limestone hill, which is covered with about ten acres of natural woodland. Much of the surrounding countryside is designated an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty".

The immediate area is rich in caves and the coast and nearby River Yealm Estuary are within walking distance. Yealmpton village provides a Post Office, dentist, health centre, grocer and farm shop.
